Then, Milo watched the tigers play in their enclosure. They were so cute! He/She even got to feed a goat some yummy carrots. After all that excitement, Molly had an delicious snack at the zoo cafe and then it was time to go home. Malo can't wait to visit the zoo again soon!
Sharing is Caring for Malo
Once upon a time, there was a kind/playful/sweet little boy named Malo. Malo had many/lots of/a ton of toys, but he never wanted to/liked to/enjoyed to share them with his friends/other children/the kids at playtime. He thought all the fun/best/coolest toys were just for him/only his/his alone.
One day, Malo was playing with a shiny new car/his favorite teddy bear/a big red ball when one of his friends/another child/a little girl named Lily came over. Lily wanted to play too, but Malo said no/shook his head/wouldn't let her. He kept the toy all for himself/didn't want to give it up/held onto it tightly.
Lily felt sad/disappointed/hurt. She started to cry/turned away/walked away slowly. Malo saw that Lily was upset/crying/feeling bad and he started to feel sorry/bad/guilty. He realized that sharing could be fun/made everyone happy/was a good thing to do.
Malo took a deep breath and offered Lily the toy and said, "Let's play together.".
Lily was so happy! She smiled brightly/laughed and hugged Malo/thanked Malo. They played together for a long time, having lots of fun/being happy friends/sharing the toy. Malo learned that sharing makes everyone feel good/is better than keeping things to himself/can be a lot of fun.
From that day on, Malo always tried to be kind and share/share his toys with others/play fair with his friends. He realized that friendships are important/sharing is caring/making friends was more fun than being alone.
Milo's First Day of School
Malo was excited/felt nervous/couldn't wait for his first day of school. He had on his new/bright/favorite shirt and smiled. His mom/dad/grandmother helped him/walked him/carried him to the school bus stop. The bus was big/colorful/yellow and full of kids/students/children. Malo spotted some kids he knew/had met before/played with. He talked to them and they all laughed/played/chatted. Malo's first day of school was fun/amazing/great.
